BREAKFAST FRUIT
SMOOTHIE -SERVES 1
- 1/2 CUP Sliced strawberries raspberriesor
- 1peaches, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- Sugar-free Tang or Crystal Light to taste (enough to cover
everything else in the blender jar)
- Mix in the blender.
- You can add ice if you're using fresh fruit.
PER SERVING: 17
grams protein, 9 grams carbohydrate (ALL STRAWBERRIES), 2
grams carbohydrate (ALL RASPBERRIES), 14 grams carbohydrate
(ALL PEACHES)
