GARLIC SHRIMP WITH SALSA

  1. Saute' jumbo shrimp in garlic oil and add a tablespoon of hot Mexican salsa to each serving.
  2. Serve with a mixed green salad with 1/2 sliced avocado and 4 or 5 strips of jicama
    PER SERVING: 5 grams carbohydrate, 21 grams protein
