GRUYERE AND ZUCCHINI
FRITTATA with SAUSAGE
- In a nonstick omelet pan, melt butter and saute 1/2 cup
matchstick?cut zucchini with salt and pepper until it's tender.
- Pour in 3 beaten eggs and a handful of grated lifting to
the Gruyere cheese.
- Cook over low heat, continually this flat omelet to let
the uncooked portion flow bottom of the pan.
- Serve with a couple of small grilled sausages.
