GRUYERE AND ZUCCHINI FRITTATA with SAUSAGE

  1. In a nonstick omelet pan, melt butter and saute 1/2 cup matchstick?cut zucchini with salt and pepper until it's tender.
  2. Pour in 3 beaten eggs and a handful of grated lifting to the Gruyere cheese.
  3. Cook over low heat, continually this flat omelet to let the uncooked portion flow bottom of the pan.
  4. Serve with a couple of small grilled sausages.
