HUEVOS CARACAS
- Frizzle some dried beef in butter with a little chili powder.
- Add 1/2 seeded and chopped tomato and a dash of hot %sauce.
- Cook for about 2 minutes.
- Add a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and then fold
in 2 beaten eggs.
- Lift and turn until the eggs are firm.
