HUEVOS CARACAS

  1. Frizzle some dried beef in butter with a little chili powder.
  2. Add 1/2 seeded and chopped tomato and a dash of hot %sauce.
  3. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and then fold in 2 beaten eggs.
  5. Lift and turn until the eggs are firm.
    PER SERVING: 2.5 grams carbohydrate, 21 grams protein
