ORANGE FRENCH TOAST
with STRAWBERRIES
- Soak a slice of Pepperidge Farm sandwich bread in 1 egg
whisked with I tablespoon heavy cream. Saute' in a nonstick
pan 1/2 pat of butter and a little grated orange zest until
golden on both sides.
- Put 1/4 cup sliced berries in the microwave with NutraSweet
or Equal to sweeten and cook for a few seconds until you have
a chunky sauce.
- Pour over the hot French toast.
