PARSLEY SALAD
This salad tastes wonderful with grilled lamb
or roast chicken.
- Pull the leaves off a bunch of parsley and measure out I
cup.
- Dress the parsley leaves with fresh lemon juice and freshly
grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pep? You don't really need
oil, but you can add a little olive oil if you like.
- Sliver 1sun-dried tomato and toss it in.
