  • I Swedish ginger snap with a thin slice of natural cheddar (4 grams)
  • 2 celery ribs filled with 1 tablespoon of chunky natural peanut butter or cream cheese with scallions (5 grams)
  • 4 slices of hard salami (or cervelat with garlic and peppercorns) spread lightly with cream cheese and rolled around a thin scallion or half of a larger one (2 grams)
  • 2 thin slices of boiled or baked ham spread with cream cheese and chives, rolled (I gram)
  • 2 thin slices of ham spread with spicy mustard and rolled up with thin slices of Gruyere (I gram)
  • I Wasa. sesame cracker with 1 tablespoon of any cheese spread of your choice (3 grams)
  • 2 slices of rare deli roast beef spread lightly with I tablespoon cream?style horseradish, rolled (I gram)
  • 5 pieces Talk o' Texas Okra Pickles-hot or mild (5 grams)
  • 1/4 cup roasted and salted sunflower seeds (4 grams)
  • 5 Wheat Thins (5 grams)
  • 2 ounces string cheese or mozzarella with 2 cherry tomatoes (3 grams)
  • I deviled egg (I gram)
