STEAK AND EGGS with MANGO

  1. Saute a 1/2-inch-thick beef tenderloin (or ham) steak in butter, with or without a minced fresh jalapeno chili, top with a boiled egg, and surround with 1 1/3 cup diced ripe mango.
  2. Add salt and freshly ground pepper.
    PER SERVING: 11 GRAMS CARBOHYDRATE, 27 GRAMS PROTEIN
