Currently, I have been taking a little break from the competition scene. Mainly because we are expecting our second baby.
I'm already a proud wife, and mother of a precious 5yr old.
I've been training, competitvely in sports since I can remember, I started out in Gymnastics and that grew to various school sports including track and feild,cross country races volleyball and more.

I've been competing in the Fitness Industry since 1999, and this year, because of the pregnancy, I plan on judging all the ABBA shows.
I've been judging for a couple years now, as well as competing and I quite enjoy
experiencing both views of the stage. I've also began training and racing in Triathlon, Duathlons as well as a bit of learning to ride motorcross (my husbands passion).
Once the baby comes I'm hoping to compete once again; not quite sure what disipline yet however I will update my website with all my exciting (competitive) plans!! www.bernadinefitness.com
