About Brigitte...

I have been weight lifting since the age of 19 but only got serious about it in 2004. A year later, I decided to train for my first competition and dropped my bodyfat from 32% to 10%.

Since then, I have been climbing steadily the fitness mainstream all the way to the national level.
My ultimate goal would be to earn my pro card, a harder feat for a Canadian since there are only 2 events that qualifies for it.
