I love all foods, but try to mainly stick with low fat/Carb, High Protein
(turkey, chicken, egg whites & protein shakes).
I do allow myself occassional "cheat"
foods, as this cuts my cravings down, and makes me a MUCH nicer person to be around!!

Twelve years ago I gave up smoking (a pack a day!), I gave up drinking (like a fish!), began eating right, and started to live a healthy life.

I began modeling at age 17, then got married at age 21 (still going strong-19 yrs later!),
I had children(3),and then became restless,,,and bored as a stay at home Mom. I decided to hit the gym for the first time ever, saw results quickly,and have never turned back since.

I began challenging myself through figure competitions, and through very hard work, modeling took off again for me. This time because I had 3 small children, I had to learn to prioritize. The obstacles and challenges I once faced as a single person in the modeling world, were now tripled in size, with a family.
Regardless, I was focused, and determined to prove to myself and the world that an over 30 aged, married, Mom could shake things up in the fitness world!!

Today, at age 40, I have been in over 400 layouts in magazines, I've been on covers, in feature articles, I've Spokesmodeled for nutrition and supplement companies, I've competed, traveled all over the world, have done radio,television and cable commercials, but most importantly, because I am so passionate about this business, I have had a blast doing ALL of it!!
My next challenge/goal is to heat things up, and move on to the television/acting world.
