I have competed in nearly 20 bodybuilding events in many federations
in the past 6 years. I have won two Pro cards WNBF AND WNSO I also
won a Pro show in the WNBF 2002 Mr International. I turned .WNSO
Pro in 2004 at Airdree Alberta and placed 10th at FAME MUSCLE Pro
2005
Favorite Foods:
I love my wifes home made Spring rolls. They are the best. I crave
them all the time, especially when I am dieting. I also like the
occasional Peanut Buster Parfait from Dairy Queen.

Interview with Gary Dalton

How did you get started in
the fitness industry?
I got started in the fitness industry by my older brother Pro Boxer
Dwayne Dalton. He introduced me to the gym at the age of 16. It
didn't take me long to fall in love with bodybuilding and live breathe
the Bodybuilding life style. Now that I have turned Pro, it was
worth every second in the gym to get where I am today. Bodybuilding
has changed my life forever.
What do you feel is your biggest
accomplishment?
Turning WNSO PRO IN 2004 at the Muscle Mania Prairies competition,

your full-time job?
No
What are your long-term goals?
To become a Professional World Champion at FAME!!
What supplements do you use?
Mostly just ISO Protein and multi vit every day. I get most of my
dietary need through food.
How do you motivate yourself
to stay in shape?
By working with up and comming bodybuilders keeps me in the game.
Through their enthusisim motivates me to keep going, also I have
a friend who is now 70 years young Paul Stone whom still competes
in the WNSO.
What tips would you give to someone who wanted to get into the fitness
modeling (or fitness competition)?
Go watch a few shows and learn as much as you can from experienced
athletes, then by all means go compete. It'll change your life in
the most profound way. It changed mine.
