First thing Ocean likes to do after a competition is EAT.

She is a personal trainer, choreographer, actress, and fitness competitor.
Ocean just won FAME Pro Fitness Champion at the first ever FAME World Championships Pro Show.

Ocean started training at the gym when she was 14. She competed in her first competition when she was 19 and has appeared in numerous magazines.

She placed 1st in the Pro Fitness Competition and 5th in the Pro Fitness Model Competition this past June at the FAME World Championships held at the FAME: Fitness And Model Expo.

Ocean has her own Body Sculpting DVD.
She has appeared in many television and movie titles such as: Smallville, X-Men 2, I - Spy, Stargate, Dark Angel, Saving Silverman, The 6th Day, The Net and many more.

Ocean became involved with acting at the age of nine and took courses in singing, acting, and dancing. Ocean is a professional dancer and studied in ballet, jazz and modern dance.

Ocean trains in Martial Arts and Gymnastics and is trained in tactical aspects of military and law enforcement including SWAT.

Ocean will appear in Oxygen Magazine for her amazing win at the FAME World Championships in Toronto and she will also appear in an upcoming issue of the FAME Fitness And Lifestyle Magazine.

She has had some amazing accomplishments and we wish her the best in her career.
