I am a driven person that loves to do a variety of different and fun things. I am artistic and creative and full of energy. I have been training for 5 years and it has brought me such joy that I know this will be in my life forever.
In the future I hopefully will be able to reach more and more people to either start or to continue on the road to a healthier happier lifestyle.
I love to cook being a Chef allows me to have an advantage on the art of Fitness, which I will continue to teach each of my clients.
I am NEVER in short of supply hope and encouragement,
