A Summary of Me:
When I was younger, I always had a fascination with fitness and bodybuilding. I enjoyed watching TV shows about weight training before I was old enough to lift.
By the time I was old enough to start training, I had more know-how than most guys my age. It was like I already knew how to train fairly well, and I managed to gain 15lbs in only 4 months! I was 19 at the time and I knew bodybuilding was going to be a part of my future.
Since then I graduated with a B.Sc. from McMaster University and began working as a personal trainer. I always stood out in the gym, and my love for bodybuilding was ever growing. In 2005 I decided it was time for me to compete, and I told myself that I must win my first show.
The 2005 FAME World tour was my first competition, and I placed first in Open bodybuilding as a light heavyweight.

I have done several shows since then, and I have been blessed with success. As I keep competing and becoming more familiar with this industry, I find myself changing into the people I most admire. Now I see myself becoming a prominent figure in the fitness/bodybuilding industry, where I can inspire and motivate others to live strong and healthy lives.
