I have always been fit and healthy and enjoyed the gym, although it wasn’t until 2003 that I began training seriously with weights. I love the changes weight training has made to my physique. I am now the current Ms Figure Australia and will represent my country in Spain this year for the 2006 IFBB bodybuilding, fitness, and body fitness championships in Santa Susana Spain. I am hoping to place in the top 6 which will enable me to obtain my Pro Card. I hope to compete in America in the near future.

I am currently working on television here in Australia promoting fitness and beauty products. I recently appeared on the front cover of Australian Iron Man Magazine and also Muscle Science. I am hoping to do more covers this year. I will also be guest posing at this years Australasian Championships in Sydney along side Adela Friedmansky and Lee Priest. I love the sport of Bodybuilding and am very keen to promote it.
