Hi
I have been training since 1990. My First competition was in 1991 at the age of 35 years young. I competed until 1999 making the Mr. America my last competition.
I have gone into what you might call~~retirement. For now!!
I Still have ambitions to compete sometimes but, other things are a little more important to me right now and keep me from focusing on competing.
Like my son is in all different types of sports and takes up much of my time. Priorities change!
My wife (who I love with all my heart) and I have raised two great children. I am now 49 years young, my wife is 49, our daughter is 22 and our son is 14.
But when the time is right I'll be back.

If there is any words I could pass on to anyone just starting out in this business, it would be...
Stay Natural...The body you build will be yours forever-take care of it
Train Hard...Never settle for anything less than your limits
Train Smart...Too improve we all must learn all we can
Eat Well...This one is easy "You are what you eat"
Stay Focused...Don't sweat the little things Stay on track
And be patient when your time comes you will know it.
